Beach Ed

Yesterday we went to the Waihi Beach for Beach Ed, at Beach Ed we had a lot of fun but most importantly we all learned how to spot rips and had a tour around the place.

At first I was really worried because I didn't know what rips were and thought I wouldn't understand a thing but they explained really well and I started getting more confident in the water.

At the beach we played some games on the sand, the first game was just a game of Seaweed and then we played some running races where we lie down on the sand on the line and when the whistle blows we run and grab a stick but there is 1 missing stick so someone has to get out on that round.
