5 Tips For A Strong Brain

Tip 1. Have lots of Cool Water because if your Brain is dehydrated your thinking slows down


Tip 2. Have a good Healthy Breakfast like a fruit salad or a healthy cereal


Tip 3. Huff and Puff
If you sit in the same place for more than 15 Minutes you can't Concentrate as well so have a Quick Run and get back to your work


Tip 4. Have a Little Break


Tip 5. Think Positively
