Weekly Reflection 23/6/17

This week it rained a lot which means I couldn't go to soccer training or do any sport.

I have been practising on my Duolingo, going back from the start and starting again to remember the words I have learned.

This week I have been putting my name up on the I am here board
a lot unlike last week and I have been coming to school early.

Next week my goal is to wake up earlier and to come to school earlier.

Hauraki Panthers vs Whenuakite Whenuakiwis

On Saturday we played against Whenuakite's team, it took a while to get there but it was worth it because our coach switch my position to striker and I had 3 shots at goal but missed them all.

We had a good game even though we lost we all had fun and I got player of the day.

Next game we are versing Thames Taniwhas hopefully we win.

Weekly Reflection 15/6/17

This week I had a lot of fun because I finished my Matariki stars, my 3 word of the week sentences and played fun games.

I've learned a lot of new words on my Duolingo and I got up to level 6 on Spanish, I have learned a lot on Manga high too like Pie charts and adding and subtraction decimals.

Today I had to play the trumpet with the Kerepehi Brass Band for a funeral so I came out of school for a little bit

I made a bad choice when I came late to class after lunch because I wanted to have one more shot in soccer.

My goal for next week is to come to class when everyone else is going back or bringing a watch to school.

Word of the week

The Seven Stars of Matariki shined above all the other stars

After the hail my garden was a catastrophe

The waves at the beach were spectacular

After the game the score was excruciating

I never plan anything because I am extremely spontaneous 

His bedroom was preposterous.

I was so optimistic about the party.

Panthers vs Pythons

On Thursday both our football teams played against each other.

They are now 1st on the board and we are 8th place with 9 teams playing.

Their team was too good for us and they won 2/0 on the 1st game 

and 4/1 on the 2nd, Raiden scored our 2nd goal for us because they changed the positions a bit

Hopefully we win our next game against Whenuakiti.

Weekly reflection

This week I enjoyed art because I finally got to start my Matariki stars.

I learned a lot of Spanish after writing all the words down on a doc now I most of the basic words.

I didn't make a good choice of where I sat this week because I mostly sat with all my friends.

My goal for next week is to not sit next to my friends and finish the rest of my Matariki stars.

Hauraki Panthers score their first goal

Last Thursday our Football team went to Paeroa to play against their team.

We had some people from the A team to help us because we didn't have enough players, we had Charlie, Ryan and Logan.

We did well because Paeroa is 1st on the leader board just in front of our A team, our scores were 0/2 on our 1st game and 1/1 on our 2nd game.

Charlie scored our first goal this season we were all excited.
